Pat Clawson, Chairman and CEO
Patrick Clawson serves as Chairman and CEO of Lumension, where he is responsible for leading the company's overall strategic direction to drive revenue growth and profitability as well as overseeing the day to day operations. Clawson brings more than 20 years of software industry experience and has a successful track record of running high tech companies.
Clawson has extensive experience in both domestic and international sales, marketing, and operations with companies in the information security segment. Prior to joining Lumension, Clawson served as Chairman and CEO of CyberGuard Corporation (NASDAQ: CGFW), a security software company he successfully grew and positioned for acquisition by Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR) for $295 million.
During his tenure, Clawson developed and implemented a new global distribution strategy that catapulted CyberGuard to record breaking revenue growth and two consecutive years of profitability. He also spearheaded the launch of new technologies into the marketplace and oversaw the integration of more than four key acquisitions.
Prior to CyberGuard, Clawson served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (NASDAQ: MDRX), a provider of clinical software and information systems for doctors. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MasterChart, a health information technology company. Immediately before joining MasterChart, Clawson was Senior Director for the Southeastern U.S. at Reynolds and Reynolds Healthcare Systems, where he was responsible for sales and marketing for the company's Unix-based appliances.
Before joining MasterChart, Clawson was with Lanier Healthcare where he served in a number of management positions in the U.S. and Australia that leveraged his strengths in international sales, marketing and operations. Clawson has a wealth of experience in turning around businesses to enhance performance and grow profitability.

Mike Wittig, President & CTO
Mike Wittig serves as President and Chief Technology Officer of Lumension, where he is responsible for the overall execution of day to day operations and driving technology strategy and development.
Prior to joining Lumension, Wittig served as President and CTO of CyberGuard (NASDAQ: CGFW), an industry leading provider of enterprise-class network security solutions. CyberGuard was later acquired by Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR).
Wittig, who was part of CyberGuard since its inception in 1992 as Harris Computer Systems, was responsible for spearheading the design and development effort to build the company’s first network security appliance product line.
His technology innovations garnered more than 15 “best of breed” awards by leading organizations and trade press, and are considered to be among the industry’s best security solutions. Under his leadership, CyberGuard products have achieved the most stringent industry certifications and became one of the most credentialed product lines in the industry. Examples of these credentials include ITSEC E-3 level security for the United Kingdom and Australian governments, FIPS-140-2, and Common Criteria EAL4+ evaluation, which is recognized by more than 18 countries.
Wittig holds a BS degree from the University of Florida’s College of Engineering.

Colleen Shannon, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance and Administration
Colleen Shannon serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Lumension. In this role, Shannon is responsible for the company's overall finance, legal, human resources and administration activities.
With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Shannon has worked with a variety of firms, ranging from publicly-traded software companies such as Allen Systems Group, formerly Viasoft, Inc., and CyCare Systems, Inc. to Cyclone Commerce, Inc., a technology start up venture. She has four years of auditing experience with Ernst & Young. She has been part of a successful filing of a $56 million secondary offering and private equity funding rounds which raised in excess of $40 million.
Shannon graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College. Shannon is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike Rogers, Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development
Mike Rogers serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Lumension. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic business opportunities across the globe, including mergers, acquisitions and partner alliances.
Prior to joining Lumension, Rogers served as Vice President of Corporate Development at CyberGuard Corporation (NASDAQ: CGFW), a security software company that was acquired by Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR) in January 2006. At both CyberGuard and Secure Computing he was responsible for the company's global M&A initiatives and he successfully directed multiple technology acquisitions across the globe. Notable transactions include Secure Computing's acquisition of CipherTrust, a leader in messaging security based in Alpharetta, GA, for $263 million and CyberGuard's acquisition of Webwasher, a leader in content filtering based in Germany for $50 million.
Before joining CyberGuard, Rogers was Vice President of Corporate Business Development for OpenTV Inc. (NASDAQ GM: OPTV), an interactive television software company. There he was responsible for directing strategic planning and leading worldwide corporate and business development efforts. While there he directed numerous multimillion-dollar strategic investments, completed several significant acquisitions, and served as a key member of the team that worked on Liberty Media's acquisition of a controlling interest in the company.
Prior to OpenTV, he served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for Mellon Bank in Palo Alto, California, and orchestrated business development efforts for a $1 billion portfolio focused on high technology and Internet clients. He moved to Mellon Bank from the San Francisco office of Fuji Bank where, as Vice President and Team Leader, he established and launched a technology group paving the way for Fuji to become the first Japanese bank to create a group devoted to the high technology industry.
Rogers earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in international finance from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.

Matt Mosher, Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas
Matt Mosher serves as Senior Vice President of Sales of Americas for Lumension, where is he responsible for driving revenue growth throughout North and South America. He is charged with strengthening the channel distribution model, maintaining and growing the company's large existing customer base and overseeing the go-to-market strategy.
Prior to Lumension, Mosher served as Vice President of the Federal Division at CyberGuard Corporation (NASDAQ: CGFW), acquired by Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR). In this role, he was responsible for growing the company's Federal Business Unit from less than 2 percent of CyberGuard's total revenue to well over 25 percent in a four year period. By working in conjunction with both systems integrators and federal channel partners, Mosher built the Federal Division from the ground up to a strong revenue generating unit.
Mosher has more than 20 years of sales and executive management experience in a variety of vertical markets, including healthcare, federal and commercial. Prior to CyberGuard, Mosher worked for Lanier Worldwide, Inc., in numerous sales and sales management positions.
Mosher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.

Alan Bentley, Senior Vice President of International Sales
Alan Bentley serves as the Senior Vice President of International. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and driving sales and marketing efforts in Asia Pacific and EMEA. An industry veteran with over 10 years experience in the IT security industry, Bentley is responsible for leading teams in EMEA and APAC and elevating brand awareness, thought leadership and increasing market penetration to drive growth in the respective markets.
Prior to Lumension, Bentley held executive management roles in security organizations based across the UK including Global Secure Systems and Ellipse Distribution. Prior to entering the security industry, Bentley held sales roles for MAN Roland, a German based company in the printing industry and Hanson, a UK company in the construction industry.
Bentley holds a degree from Brunel University with a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies. He also completed his PGCE at Roehampton Institute.

Rich Hlavka, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Rich Hlavka serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Lumension. Since joining Lumension, Hlavka has held a number of management and executive leadership positions including SVP of Worldwide Sales where he was instrumental in successfully growing the sales force from a start-up into a world-class team. An industry veteran with more than 17 years in the software industry, Hlavka is responsible for developing strategic business relationships, managing OEM partner alliances, and spearheading strategic planning to generate new revenue opportunities for the company.
Hlavka's strong business acumen combined with his industry knowledge has been instrumental in helping to grow Lumension into a globally recognized security software company.
Prior to joining Lumension, Hlavka served as managing director for Compuware Corporation, ranked as the fifth largest software company in the world. In this role, Hlavka was responsible for leading all sales and the successful delivery of Compuware products and related services to the market. Hlavka has also served in multiple management positions with Healtheon/WebMD (formerly Envoy Corp.) and McKesson HBOC (formerly CyCare Systems).
He actively serves on the board of the Arizona Technology Council and sits on the advisory committee for the East Valley Institute of Technology.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of the State of New York.

C. Edward Brice, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing
C. Edward Brice serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Lumension. In this role, Brice is responsible for leading the company's strategic global marketing efforts; including branding, demand generation, solution marketing, partner marketing, installed base marketing, online marketing, corporate communications and public relations.
A seasoned industry veteran, Brice has more than 18 years of global marketing experience. Prior to joining Lumension, he served as group vice president of global marketing at software maker SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), the world's largest business to business applications software provider. There, he was responsible for defining and executing demand generation marketing programs across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
During his tenure at SAP, Brice held several management positions, including as vice president of global supply chain management solution marketing and also as vice president of global strategic marketing. Prior to joining SAP, Brice served as the director of business development and business planning for Sony Electronics and Sony Corporation of America where he was responsible for the identification and development of new business related to emerging technologies and services.
Brice earned a bachelor's degree in international marketing from Arizona State University.
