Lumension Device Control Receives CESG Claims Tested Mark (CCTM) Accreditation

Lumension™, Inc., the global leader in security management, today announced it has received CESG Claims Tested Mark (CCTM) accreditation for Lumension Device Control 4.3.2, formally Sanctuary Device Control which assures public bodies in the UK validity of its security functionality. Lumension Device Control enforces organisation-wide usage policies for removable devices, removable media and data.

The CESG Claims Tested Mark (CCTM) scheme provides a government quality mark for the public and private sectors based on accredited independent testing against ISO/IEC 17025 and designed to prove the validity of security functionality claims made by vendors. As a CCTM accredited product, Lumension Device Control can now be used within the public sector, Central Government and the MoD.
