No, Technical Support will continue to assist you with troubleshooting technical issues with the software during your subscription.
There is a bug fix that is resolved in LCW 6.4 SP2, do I need to upgrade to
the Premium Edition to download SP2?
Yes, since there is only 1 edition of the LCW being offered, you need to upgrade your subscription to Premium Edition in order to download from the Lumension Customer Portal. Contact your Account Manager for details or send an email to
